About

From frontline support to the brain of the operation.

I started in frontline support, moved into QA leadership, then into executive assistance and back-end ops. That path means I understand what your team, your customers, and your systems actually feel like day to day—not just in a slide deck.

How I got here

I’ve worked my way up from frontline support into QA, then into executive assistant and operations roles. That means I’ve seen what happens when processes are unclear, tools are bolted together without a plan, and no one really owns the back-end.

Over time I shifted into being the person who keeps everything connected: CRM, phones, docs, and the numbers. My work now is about making sure the systems behind your business are predictable, documented, and actually used.

How I work with founders

I’m calm, structured, and direct. I like clear ownership and clean hand-offs. If something is unclear or risky, I raise it early with options instead of hiding it under the rug.

I live in your tools—Supermove, RingCentral, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Xero, QuickBooks Online—so you’re not paying for someone to “manage” things in abstract. You’re paying for someone who actually keeps the machine running.

Why this matters to me

I’m a father of two boys and the primary breadwinner for my family. I care about doing work that’s stable, valuable, and respectful of time—yours and mine. That’s why I’m root-cause driven. I don’t want to keep patching the same problems; I want to fix the underlying system so everyone can get on with their lives.

Outside of work you’ll find me in games, anime, manga, and web novels. I don’t overshare that with clients, but it’s part of why I like systems and patterns—whether it’s a good story arc or a clean process map.

If you want a calm operator in your corner

The best way to test fit is a scoped trial month where I own a clear slice of ops, CRM, and bookkeeping.
